Inside the 7-day trial
Garmin syncs, the Telegram coach explains the signal, and you know what to do next without opening another dashboard.
After Garmin syncs overnight, open one practical answer: train, go easy, rest, or change the session.
Ask whether intervals still make sense, why HRV dipped, or how to adjust a planned run.

No Garmin watch?
Strap Zone connects Polar, Garmin, Wahoo, COOSPO, Magene, and other Bluetooth HR straps directly to your phone. Live BPM, Zone 2, time in zone, and workout history without a smartwatch.

Any Garmin watch that syncs health and training data to Garmin Connect can power the coach. Watches with Training Readiness, HRV, Body Battery, sleep, recovery, and workout history give the richest signal. Venu 3, Vivoactive 5, and Vivoactive 6 still work, but they rely on their available metrics instead of Garmin's Training Readiness score.

Yes. We connect via Garmin's official OAuth protocol - we never see or store your Garmin password. We only read health and training metrics (HRV, sleep, Training Readiness, Body Battery, workout history). Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can disconnect at any time.
Telegram is the product. After Garmin connects and the trial starts, it becomes the AI coach for follow-up questions, goal-based plans, recovery decisions, nutrition context, sleep/HRV/RHR interpretation, and structured workouts you can send to Garmin.
Garmin Connect+ gives you AI summaries within the Garmin app, but it does not act like a personal coach you can talk to. Should I Train interprets HRV trends, sleep quality, Body Battery, training load, workout history and your goals together, then helps with specific plans for races or fitness blocks, recovery, workouts, nutrition, supplements and follow-up questions.
No. Garmin connects in the browser, then the daily coach runs in Telegram. Native iOS and Android apps are not required for the current product.
The hard part is not an app icon - it is a useful daily training decision from your Garmin data. We use the browser for Garmin and trial setup, then Telegram for the actual coaching conversation. If repeat use proves people want a dedicated app, the saved web app surface is the bridge.
The Telegram coach turns recovery, sleep, HRV, Body Battery, Training Readiness, and recent workouts into a daily training call.
Official Garmin OAuth. 7-day coach trial after Garmin connects.
